We’ve taken Livesheet and made it even better. In Orbit, it’s now the first thing you see when you open the app. The time to reach the right person has been reduced to just two taps.
In Terminal, we’ve added even more context for switchboard teams. Everything they need is now in one unified view, clearer, faster, and more powerful.
Terminal is now fully configurable. Users can create custom views that match how they work best. With the introduction of Frames, we’re rolling out an intuitive layout engine that lets you arrange panels to suit your exact workflow.
We’ve also overhauled roster ingestion. We now support more file formats and let users save context around complex rosters. Soon, this will power deeper automation through our upcoming workflow engine, reducing manual work and accelerating coordination.
